自动筛粉装置
AUTO POWDER SIFTING DEVICE
特点：
◎本装置为配合携成强力粉碎机产品使用，粉碎
机在碎料过程中会产生一定的细小粉末，此装
置的作用就是将这些粉末分离开，使回收料的
颗粒性能与新料保持一致，从而提升了产品的
质量，降低了生产成本等；
◎自动送料，利用真空吸料原理，把粉碎料自动
送入分离器；
◎粉末自动分离，使粉碎过程中产生的粉末，通
过分离器从颗粒中分离出去；
◎对机器有保护和除尘作用，因筛粉装置采用风
机吸气产生负压，筛粉除尘的同时也能把粉碎
机刀具和粉碎室内粉尘带走分离，减少了人工
清理粉碎室的工作量及劳动力；
◎适用于各种规格粉碎机使用。
FEATURE:
◎This device Equipped with Xiecheng powerful
granulator. During granulating process some small
powder would occur, the sifter device is to separate
the powder from the recycled granules and to keep
them compatible with new materials, hence
enhancing the quality of products and reducing
production costs.
◎Automatic conveying--with vacuum suction
principle, the granulated material will be automatically
convey to a separator;
◎Automatic separation of powder--separating
powder produced during the granulating from the
granules by a separator;
◎Protection and dust removing function--the powder
sifter device could take away the dust on blades and
inside grinding chamber, by the negative pressure
suction created by sifter blower, hence reducing the
workload of manual cleaning of the grinding chamber
and labor. Suitable for all kinds of granulators.
◎Suitable for all models.
