2.放卷部分：

3.主动喂料部分：

4.自动上扣部分:
Automatic button:
用1组自动打扣机，一台公扣，一台母扣，同时工作，保证了纽扣的准确性：
It uses one set automatic button machine,one for male button,the other one for female button,it works at same time,so the button postion is very accuracy.
5.跟踪部分：
Tracking
该机配有2个“sick”跟踪专用传感器，如果生产空白文件袋，只是需要一个传感器工作；如果生产印刷文件袋，则需要2个传感器工作。
Equipped with 2 sets of sick’s mark sensors,if we make blank bag,we just need one sensor working;if we will make printed bag,we need 2sensors working.
6.翻折封边成型部分：
Fold sealing into molding
该部分为钢板机身，配有以下装置：
Steel fuselage equipped with the following device：
(1).双皮带夹紧移位装置。
Double belt clamping shift device
(2).可控气动式热压点封装置。
controllable pneumatic heat press sealing device
7. 自动合扣部分：
Automatic close the buttons.
8.其它随机装置：

四.配套设施：（请用户自行负责）
Supporting facilities: (Customers take charge of the following devices)
1.电源：
三相四线交流380V 50Hz及接地线。（接地线要求：使用直径为30～50mm长度为1.5m以上的钢筋或钢管直接打入地下，在上端用４平方毫米的导线引出），绝对禁止将零线接机器上。
Power supply：
Three phase AC380V 50Hz and ground wire (requirement: throw the reinforcing steel bar or steel tube with diameter 30～50mm and length more than 1.5m into the earth, and the 4 square mm traverse to fetch out on the above) , forbid connecting the null line to the machine
2.安装场地：
要求地面硬度能保证设备安装调试完毕后，在运行过程中，不会出现地基沉降等使设备运行不正常或损坏设备。Installation field: The ground hardness should have the good condition to meet the requirement so that after the debugging is finished, the machine can run stably and normally in the running process).
3.气源压力：
5kg/cm²以上恒压。
