Remarks:
1. The inverter of this line is of ABB; Temperature controllers are of Japanese RKC ;Motors are of Dongguan brand and the Ac contactors are of TAIWAN’S SHIHLIN
2.The screw and the barrels are all made of high quality nitride steel- 42CrMoAI,and are nitration austerely according to NATIONAL STANDARD, nitration hardness: screw≧740HV; barrels≧940HV. Nitration depth: 0.3-0.7mm; screw: 0.4-0.6mm, barrel: 0.6-0.7mm, fragility is 2 grades.
3. The box materials is made of alloy cast steel, contract surface of up, down box deal with precision tempering, quenching heat treatment, the teeth deal with grinding and peeling eventually, the teeth surface harshness is Ra 0.8, and provided with damping, antifriction, low-noise etc. characteristics.
4. Inspection: take trial in YAOAN factory, according to contract clauses. The buyer will pay raw materials cost for testing.
5. Installation: The seller will dispatch senior technician to the buyer’s factory to install the machine do training once received the request from the buyer. The buyer should bear for air tickets, Visa, hotel room and foods. The labor cost for the first time is free.
6. One- year warranty period. If only the possible damage is beyond manmade reasons, it’s free to repair the damaged parts. The parts are limited to screw, barrels, inverter motor, temperature meters and AC contactor.
7. Payment means: prepay down payment 50% of total amount, the balance will be paid off after customer confirmed machine testing results before delivery from the seller factory.
8. Complete date: 120 days after received the advance payment from the buyer.
