5、 Technical Description

Equipment assembly instructions

A. The device consists of structural framework, molded components, heating system, airway control system, electrical control system, motion motor electrical system, vacuum system, cooling system and other components.

B. Vehicle structure: Select high-quality steel pipes (or steel) and welded joints that meet national standards. All metal surfaces are coated with anti rust and anti rust coatings. All mechanical structures use universal and standard parts, which are easy to maintain and replace

◎ Formed parts

A. Mold structure: ① Rectangular steel bottom mold platform and assembly welded steel plate moving cylinder are healthy, practical, and convenient, reducing working time. ② The upper and lower molds are adjustable speed product accessories, and the molded products meet digital control requirements, ensuring product thickness, control range accuracy, reducing product waste, and automating production operations.

B. When changing the mold outlet size of the mold, it will also be adjusted or replaced accordingly to adapt to the mold window mold.

C. Film clamping frame: mainly used for material clamping, driven by synchronous frame and direct bearing, using high-quality steel packaging frame structure with strong strength and high rigidity, used for pressing straight boxes

◎ Heating system

A. The heating method adopts a heating surface furnace, mainly heating the furnace body and carbon fiber heating tubes

B. The temperature control adopts advanced domestic temperature control modules for precise display and control. Each temperature controller independently controls the heat (square radiation area: 200 × 120mm) and has an automatic voltage regulator.

C. The furnace center is equipped with a thin film plate thermometer point, which is easy to form reference molding and control floating temperature adjustment based on the thermal temperature monitoring board.

◎ Air duct system

The air system consists of natural gas pipelines, various conventional valves, and proportional pressure valves. Compressed air pipelines are selected from nationally renowned brands

◎ Vacuum pump system

A. The vacuum system includes vacuum gauges, vacuum pipelines, vacuum pumps, vacuum chambers, vacuum tanks, vacuum valves, etc. The vacuum tube is connected to the mold interface using a large-diameter pipe.

B. The vacuum pump adopts RUFUS 100M3/HR, with a vacuum recovery rate of up to 75% before each vacuum cycle, and a vacuum of ≥ 50% throughout the entire production process.

C. The vacuum process has both fast and slow vacuum functions, making it easy to adjust the vacuum process to ensure product safety.

◎ Electrical control system

C. All action programs are controlled by PLC and have touch screens such as human-machine interface and Chinese interface (with English interface available). The installation and modification of the machine include button operation and all process parameters, making the unit easy to operate and maintain.

D. There are two ways to operate the equipment: manual/automatic. All installation operations are completed on the touch screen. During operation, the staff will press the start button to complete the film sheet, and the machine will complete it on its own after molding.

◎ Cooling system

Cooling system: equipped with multiple powerful blowers and nozzles with water sprayers. Settings are mainly used to control the molding or cooling of products

- Delivery time: The Seller will hand over the goods to the buyer after 50 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (1-5 days for ship departure and customs clearance) Both parties sign the contract and the seller receives the full payment

- Place of delivery: at the buyer's address, the buyer will receive the goods and put in place to install.

Set up :

- The Seller completes the installation of the equipment for the buyer within one week from the date the equipment is returned to the buyer's location.

Acceptance :

l Equipment that is considered valid must meet the following requirements:

l ü Specifications and functions of the machine match the content of this contract.

l ü Electrical, mechanical and control systems run smoothly.

l ü Run out sample products as required.

l ü Must have a certificate of quality of the place of production and documents attached to the machine.

ARTICLE 2: PAYMENT METHOD

v The buyer makes payment to the seller in 02 times by transfer to the seller's account.

v v First time: The buyer advances to the seller 30% of the contract value, right after the two parties sign the contract.

v v 2nd time: The buyer pays the seller 70% of the contract value, immediately after the seller sends the video of the acceptance of the camera and the picture, sends the standard sample to the buyer (IF YES). The seller will send a notice of delivery to the buyer.

ARTICLE 3: WARRANTY

Warranty period: within 12 months from the acceptance date of the equipment.

During the warranty period, if the equipment is defective by the manufacturer of the Seller, the Seller is responsible for the presence at the purchaser factory within 48 hours of being notified to repair the equipment. All costs incurred will be borne by the Seller.

(If the device is faulty by the user or is affected by unintended issues such as

Unstable electrical lines, collisions, natural disasters, unclean hygiene, the purchaser must be fully responsible for paying for repair and other replacement expenses)

ARTICLE 4: BUYER'S LIABILITY

1 Provide auxiliary systems and handover surface installation equipment. The auxiliary systems include: supply of supplies and preparation of 3 Phase 220V / 50Hz power supply systems for electrical appliances including switches, sockets, power wires, Electric three-phase electric switches, electric lines, steam-lines, gas lines, gas valves, pipes, elbows,

The buyer is responsible for dropping the item at the buyer's address to the correct location

2 The purchaser shall be responsible for sending the representative to receive the goods and taking over the test when the equipment has been installed and the instruction manual is used.

3 The buyer pays the seller under Article 4 of this contract.

4 The expenses such as other expenses for foreign engineers in china will be paid by the Seller.

5 The Other expenses such as airplane, visa, travel expenses and dining, hotel for technical will be charged by the buyer,the buyer will be pay for the engineer 150USD each day .

ARTICLE 5: SELLER'S LIABILITY

1 Commitment to deliver the equipment to the purchaser in accordance with the type and design of this contract.

2 Vendors undertake:
