Optional equipments for better performance (Price is additional)

(1) Automatic cutting winder 

** The price is the change price from semi-auto winder to automatic winder.

When it reach the setting length, the film will be cut and rewind automatically.

(**Maximum Diameter of roll is Φ1000mm.)

INOVANCE PLC control + HMI touch screen monitor

ü INOVANCE inverter with brake motor control for stable winder gyration;

ü Inverter with auto tension control for constant tension winding.

(2) In-line edge trimmed recycle unit 

This is to recycling edge trimmer. The edge trimmer will be crushed into small scrap and then recycled back to the screw again.

**Advantage of the recycler

Save factory space for waste film.

Save labor cost.

Save material cost.

(3) Hydraulic screen changer


Hydraulic screen changer, it is convenient for operator to change the filter which inside the screen changer.

There is a button to control the filter move in and out. Press the button while the screen changer reached the setting temperature value, the pressure will drive the filter out of screen changer. It can save the maintenance time and guarantee the high quality bubble film.


(4) Extra bubble forming cylinder

We can install different size-bubble forming cylinders on the machine forming part. Will supply extra silicon rubber roller, water chilled roller as well as automatic clutch change system on the machine. It is convenient for customer to produce difference size-bubble while moving the extruder to the required bubble forming cylinder.

This design can help to produce different size and shape bubble film in an easier way, the bubble cylinder can be changed automatically.
