Heating system

The heating system of this machine is divided into two places, one is the cutter part, and the other is the middle seal part. This machine uses a heating ring to heat, so that the heat is more directly transferred to the sealing wheel, and the thermocouple measures the temperature to stabilize the temperature at an appropriate melting point.

High speed steel is used for the cutting part and the knife edge to increase the service life of the knife.

A heating tube is placed in the knife holder to directly heat the knife and the knife holder, and a thermocouple is placed in the knife holder at the same time, so that the temperature is always at a stable temperature.
